How to pay?

    • Payment is available on the Shopping Cart page or in your order tracking section.
    • You can select secure credit card payment, which will enable rapid dispatch to production.
    • The bank transfer solution allows you to pay for your purchases with a two-day delay before the order is sent to the workshop.
    • Payment within 30 days is only possible if you are a business customer and have a Partner account.

How can I increase my discounts, become a Pro, or become a Partner?

  • Discounts on your shopping cart increase according to its volume.
  • To get permanent discounts, you can upgrade to Pro status by filling out this form.
  • To pay within 30 days, you must demonstrate a high volume of orders and apply to become a Partner by completing this form.

Change the delivery address

You can change your delivery address before triggering production in My Account/Addresses. If the production date has passed, please send us the new details by email to dampere

Cancel my order

  • Any order can be canceled up until the day before it goes into production. This date is indicated in the order confirmation email you receive.
  • From My Orders, you will find a direct link allowing you to cancel your order. If this link is not displayed, then your order has already gone into production.
  • The order cancellation fees are as follows:
    • No cancellation fees if you cancel online the day before production begins.
    • A cancellation fee of 40% will be charged if you cancel by email on the day of production. You should receive a confirmation email within 5 minutes. If you do not receive a response, your email has not been processed; please contact +33 1 84 21 00 60 immediately.

Cancellation fee of 90% of the order amount if you cancel the day after production begins. Only transportation costs will be refunded.

Delivery time?

The delivery time depends on the date when production begins. It takes between 2 and 3 weeks from the moment the order goes into production to the moment you receive your package, depending on the size of the package and the delivery address. The order confirmation email will confirm the delivery dates.

Come and collect the package yourself

Packages follow a pre-established logistics route. It is not possible to interrupt this route. You can choose a different delivery address, but it is not possible to collect the items from our offices.

If there is a problem accessing the delivery address or there are no unloading facilities at your workshop, we can deliver to a warehouse near you. This will incur additional logistics costs.

Is my order incorrect?

To report a production or delivery issue, please email us at dampere with details of the problem, including photos so that we can understand the cause of the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
